Initiate Return Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request within 30 days of delivery.
Prepare Hardware for Transit
Securely pack the workstation in its original anti-static packaging, including all internal components, power cables, and peripheral accessories.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the crate or box, ensuring all previous shipping marks are covered.
Technical Inspection and Refund
Once our engineers verify the hardware integrity and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
